Seasonal Lab Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in agricultural testing and quality assurance, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Testing Laboratory supporting crop evaluation and seed testing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Tipton, IN

Pay Range:$19

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform quality testing procedures on plant samples following established guidelines such as ISTA and AOSA.
• Verify and accurately record test results to maintain data integrity.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment for optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Support cross-functional tasks during high-volume periods and critical testing times.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills; entry-level experience acceptable.
• Ability to work standing and sitting for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive motions accurately.
