General Labor - Now Hiring

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Interviews: Conducted on-site after 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.58/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labor Associate to support production and warehouse operations in a door manufacturing environment. This role involves working on the assembly line, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate small and large machinery used in door production
• Work on the assembly line to build and assemble doors
• Inspect all finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Machine doors for hardware installation
• Perform material preparation and handling tasks
• Stage and package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial woodworking (doors, cabinets, or millwork)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Basic knowledge of building materials
• Ability to perform simple math calculations
• Experience using basic measuring tools (e.g., tape measure)
