Job Description
Cut Fruit Express is hiring Order Staging Associates for our refrigerated warehouse in Inver Grove Heights. Monday through Friday day shift, $19–$21/hour, full benefits.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM start — typically 8–10 hour days Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour, based on experienceLocation: Inver Grove Heights, MN Environment: Refrigerated warehouse — cold throughout the shift
About the Role
You'll verify completed orders coming out of production against the packing list, complete any piece-pick orders, and stage everything for shipment. Accuracy is the job — if it leaves the warehouse, it has to be right. We'll train you on our system and pay for your forklift certification if you want it.
What You'll Do
- Verify orders against the packing list or manifest
- Track down missing items before staging
- Assemble piece-pick orders into open-face containers
- Stage completed orders for shipment
- Help unload trucks and count inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and on time
- Careful and accurate — every order has to match the paperwork
- Comfortable on your feet all shift in a cold environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs consistently
- Open to overtime when production is heavy
