CNC Mill Machine Operator

Pay: $18-24

Job Summary:

We are hiring a CNC Mill Machine Operator to run milling machines and produce precision components in a manufacturing setting. This role requires blueprint reading, quality inspection, and the ability to make in-process adjustments to ensure parts meet specification.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.

• Install tools, vises, fixtures, and raw material.

• Load CNC programs and monitor machine performance.

• Make adjustments to feeds, speeds, and offsets.

• Inspect parts during and after production.

• Perform routine cleaning and machine checks.

• Report defects, equipment issues, or downtime concerns.

Requirements:

• CNC mill experience preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand job instructions.

• Knowledge of basic machining practices.

• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain safety and quality standards.
