Job Title: Training/Education Specialist
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Mounds View, MN 55112
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary
• Deliver CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) training to manufacturing and non-manufacturing users
• Support global system deployment, user adoption, and maintenance process standardization
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, operations, and deployment teams to ensure successful system implementation
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver role-based CMMS training to end users
• Conduct training sessions and user adoption activities
• Assess site training needs and support deployment readiness
• Reinforce maintenance work management processes and system usage
• Provide hypercare and post go-live training support
• Address user questions and improve system adoption
• Collaborate with PMO, Change Management, and deployment teams
• Update and improve training materials and learning programs
• Support standardized maintenance processes across sites
Required Skills
• Software/System Training experience
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Training program development experience
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for end users
• Cross-functional project environment experience
Preferred Skills
• CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint, Infor EAM)
• Maintenance planning and scheduling knowledge
• Change management and user adoption experience
• Enterprise system deployment experience
• Hypercare/post go-live support experience
• Data migration and system data exposure
• Regulated manufacturing environment experience

Education / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, HR, Learning & Development, or related field
• Equivalent practical experience considered
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software/system training required
