Job Description
Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Mankato, MN 56001
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr on W2
Duration: 8-Week Contract (Potential Extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Mandatory Friday and Saturday support during the transition period (June 8 – June 20).
Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience who enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times.
• Support warehouse operations during peak production and transition periods.
Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
