Manufacturing Quality Technician

We are hiring a Manufacturing Quality Technician for our client located in the Woburn, MA, area.

In this position, you will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to identify quality concerns, investigate issues, and help implement solutions that drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and complaints
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions
• Identify, document, and manage non-conforming materials
• Partner with production teams to prevent recurring quality issues
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding material quality concerns, returns, and replacements
• Perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to finished products
• Ensure products and processes meet established quality standards and specifications

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a quality, inspection, or manufacturing role, preferably within elastomer fabrication or a related industry
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and inspection techniques
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and customer-facing teams
• Experience using quality inspection tools and equipment

Pay is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
