Bilingual Construction Lead (Construction Leadership Track)
Fort Wayne, IN | $28–$30/hr + Overtime | High-Profile Project
We’re hiring a Bilingual Construction Lead to support a large-scale, high-visibility construction project.\
This role is built for someone who wants more than just a job—
it’s a path into construction leadership.
You’ll work directly with General Contractors, Foremen, and skilled trades, playing a critical role in keeping the jobsite running efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on, field-driven role—not a desk position.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the onsite point of contact between workforce, leadership, and client
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, and workforce coordination
- Support onboarding, compliance, PPE, and jobsite safety
- Solve problems in real time in a fast-paced construction environment
- Build strong relationships with trades, foremen, and project leadership
- Perform various construction duties as needed
- Stand, bend, walk, lift up to 40 pounds

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Able to work 8–12+ hour days (Mon–Fri + some Saturdays)
- Able to pass background check & 10-panel drug screen
- Prior construction, staffing, or coordination experience preferred
