Warehouse Inventory / Forklift Operator

Pay: $16.50-$17.00/hr
Location: Pasadena, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; overtime and some Saturdays as needed

TruBlu HR Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Inventory / Forklift Operator in Pasadena, TX. This position requires recent warehouse experience with inventory, order checking, product verification, sit-down forklift operation, shipping, receiving, and material handling.

Job Duties:

• Perform inventory cycle counts and product counts
• Check customer orders for accuracy
• Verify product against work orders
• Identify and report inventory or order discrepancies
• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, and store product
• Stack palletized materials safely and accurately
• Pull, wrap, pack, label, sort, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with weekly and quarterly inventory counts
• Complete forklift checks at the beginning of each shift
• Work around totes, drums, super sacks, bags, pails, and palletized materials
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and attend safety meetings

Requirements:

• Recent warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience
• Previous inventory control, order checking, cycle counting, or product verification experience
• Sit-down forklift experience
• Experience loading/unloading trucks or containers
• Experience with totes, drums, super sacks, bags, pails, and palletized material
• Chemical handling or chemical warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to count accurately
• Able to follow work orders and customer specifications
• Stable work history and dependable attendance
• Team-oriented and safety-focused
• Able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Steel toe boots and work pants required
