Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operator to join our 3rd shift team at our cold storage facility in Denton, TX. This is a physically active role in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. If you take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and working hard while others sleep — we want to hear from you.

Shift Details

•       Shift: 3rd Shift

•       Location: Denton, TX

•       Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

•       Safely operate electric pallet jacks to move, stage, and transport product throughout the facility

•       Load and unload product from trailers and storage areas with accuracy and care

•       Pull and replenish inventory according to pick sheets or WMS direction

•       Maintain proper product rotation in compliance with cold storage and food safety standards

•       Work in refrigerated and freezer environments (temperatures ranging from 34°ree;F to -10°ree;F)

•       Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any damage or malfunctions

•       Keep work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

•       Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

•       Collaborate with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

•       Prior experience operating an electric pallet jack preferred (will train the right candidate)

•       Ability to work in cold/freezer environments for extended periods

•       Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of the shift

•       Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

•       Reliable attendance and punctuality — 3rd shift dependability is a must

•       Ability to read and follow work orders, pick tickets, or WMS instructions

•       High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
