We are seeking a friendly and dependable Service Advisor to support daily operations in a fast paced automotive service environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and acting as the link between clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
Obtain and document customer information, including type of service visit
Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate team member
Explain services performed to customers upon completion
Utilize data management systems after training
Maintain accurate customer and service records

What We're Looking For:
General automobile knowledge required
Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred
Valid driver's license required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
