Full Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $26/hr - $32/hr

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support full cycle AP in a high-volume, multi-location environment. This role is ideal for someone who can stay organized under pressure, maintain accuracy, and manage priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, and approvals
• Handle high-volume payables across multiple locations
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the system
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
• Assist with vendor communication and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close as needed
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes

Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience preferred
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-location AP environments
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, including debits and credits
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
