Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist or School Psychometrist
• Previous experience in a school-based or educational environment preferred
• Strong ability to administer and interpret psychoeducational assessments
• Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to develop individualized education plans and provide recommendations
• Knowledgeable about current best practices and federal/state education policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to interpret findings and determine eligibility for services
• Design and recommend intervention strategies to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Support in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling when needed
• Maintain detailed and confidential case records in compliance with regulations
