Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting students’ communication and academic growth as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This contract position spans the entire 2026/2027 school year, offering a dynamic environment where you’ll engage with both elementary and secondary students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington SLP and ESA credentials required
  • Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants, SLP-CCC, and SLPAs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring is highly valued

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services for students across elementary and secondary settings
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to support accurate identification of student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Document student progress and collaborate on IEP teams to foster academic and socio-emotional success
  • Provide consultation to teachers and support personnel to maximize student learning outcomes
  • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive therapy environment
