Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position spans the entire 2026/2027 school year, offering a dynamic environment where you’ll engage with both elementary and secondary students.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington SLP and ESA credentials required
- Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants, SLP-CCC, and SLPAs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring is highly valued
What You'll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services for students across elementary and secondary settings
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to support accurate identification of student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Document student progress and collaborate on IEP teams to foster academic and socio-emotional success
- Provide consultation to teachers and support personnel to maximize student learning outcomes
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive therapy environment
