Inclusion Support Education Specialist - Mild/Moderate (Elementary, K-5)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Spindle is partnering with a school district to hire an Special Education  – Extensive Support Needs for a collaborative middle school campus  (6–8) for next school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with general education teachers to design and deliver differentiated, universally designed lessons
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students fully included in the general education setting
• Monitor student progress and facilitate collaborative problem-solving with the school's student support team

Qualifications:

• California Education Specialist Credential – Extensive Support Needs (Moderate to Severe)
• Experience with special day class
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and collaborative planning skills
