We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to leadership. This contract position has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who excels at keeping schedules organized, managing logistics, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident handling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary preparation.
• Coordinate meeting logistics by securing rooms, preparing schedules, and confirming attendee details.
• Support executive leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks that improve organization and productivity.
• Track changing priorities and adjust plans quickly to ensure leaders remain informed and prepared.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts regarding scheduling and travel needs.• Demonstrated experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
• Strong ability to oversee busy calendars with accuracy and sound judgment.
• Hands-on experience organizing travel arrangements and managing itinerary details.
• Proven coordination skills for executive meetings and related scheduling activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
