Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work with elementary and secondary-aged learners in a contract-based role, delivering compassionate, evidence-based interventions that help students unlock their fullest communication potential. As a vital specialist, you’ll collaborate with educators and families while helping to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Your expertise will shine as you develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings. This opportunity is ideal for Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs, CCC or CFY) as well as Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) ready to support students' social and academic success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Credentials as a Washington-licensed SLP or SLPA with ESA certification
  • Background in school-based speech-language pathology and pediatric care preferred
  • Experience with both elementary and secondary age groups is valued
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, and communication needs of students
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans
  • Track progress and maintain accurate case documentation
  • Support and guide classroom teachers and family members
  • Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Foster a nurturing, positive environment that encourages student growth
