Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to patients in a Stepdown unit.
\n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, adjusting care plans as necessary.
\n
• Utilize the EPIC charting system for accurate patient documentation.
\n
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Administer medications and titratable drips as required in Stepdown settings.
\n
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Valid RN license in the state of assignment and willing to comply with local licensing requirements.
\n
• Minimum one year of acute care experience, particularly in Stepdown or Intermediate Care settings.
\n
• BLS Certification required.
\n
• Proven ability to read telemetry strips efficiently.
\n
• Flexible to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
\n
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless exemptions apply.
\n
