Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver direct patient care in a 24-bed cardiac telemetry unit with patient ratios of 1:3-4.
\n
• Interpret EKGs using Philips monitors and apply critical thinking in patient management.
\n
• Float to additional telemetry units as needed, including T5, T6, and Neuro Tele.
\n
• Complete a required SIMs Lab for Foley catheter and central line dressing competence.
\n
• Adhere to sterile field protocols to ensure safe and effective patient care.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including SWAT RNs, RTs, and pharmacists.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in good standing with willingness to wait for license submission.
\n
• Minimum of one year experience in a Level 1 trauma center required.
\n
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) by AHA.
\n
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR system for patient data management.
\n
• Commitment to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
\n
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam and meet SIMs Lab competency requirements.
\n
