Overview
Interventional Radiology Tech (Cath Lab) needed for a travel assignment in Olympia, Washington. This position supports the Interventional Radiology department in a hospital setting, performing cath lab and IR procedures in biplane and GE Hybrid rooms. Start date is 07/06/2026, with an assignment duration described as weeks. The schedule is 4x10-hour shifts (07:00–17:30). Weekly pay ranges from $2,688 to $2,915, with no guaranteed hours. Orientation is reduced non-billable (0 hours). Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this travel contract. First-timeTravelers accepted; pending licenses are not eligible. Charting is in EPIC.

Responsibilities
- Support IR and vascular procedures in cath lab and hybrid environments, including biplane and GE Hybrid rooms
- Prepare patients, assist physicians, maintain sterile technique, and monitor patient status during procedures
- Operate imaging equipment, optimize imaging parameters, and ensure radiation safety for patients and staff
- Document procedures in EPIC, assist with post-procedure care and patient transport as needed
- Maintain and stock IR/ Cath Lab equipment, assist with room turnover and equipment safety checks
- Collaborate with IR nurses, physicians, and technologists to ensure smooth case flow and patient safety

Requirements
- Active Washington state radiologic technologist license (not pending)
- ARRT (R) registered; BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical IR/cath lab experience
- IR/CV certification preferred
- Ability to work in a high-acuity hospital IR/cath lab environment
- EPIC charting experience or ability to learn quickly
- Shift coverage required: 4x10 hour days, 07:00–17:30
- RTO: All requested time off must be included in submittal
