Join a high-impact leadership role driving the successful delivery of major K–12 capital improvement and construction programs across North Texas. We are seeking seasoned Program Directors to provide both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership across complex, multi-phase projects.

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between executive client leadership, program teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, top-tier performance, and successful program outcomes. You’ll lead program operations, oversee design and construction execution, manage budgets and timelines, and represent the organization at the highest levels—including Board of Education presentations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in program/project management within:
    • K–12 OR
    • Public Sector OR
    • Large-scale capital improvement programs
  • Strong expertise in contract administration, business operations, team leadership, and development
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex, multi-phase construction programs
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural drawings, constructability, and construction sequencing
  • Experience with CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (executive and board-level interaction required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
  • Must live in the DFW/North Texas area or be willing to relocate

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (schedule may vary depending on program demands)

Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 / annually
