Lab Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting laboratory operations and production quality monitoring. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Blue Earth, MN

Pay Range: $20.19

Shift: 230pm - 11pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform laboratory testing related to product quality and safety
• Monitor and analyze incoming, intermediate, and finished products
• Maintain accurate records of test results and inventory data
• Assist in training laboratory technicians and maintaining lab equipment
• Support audits and ensure compliance with food safety standards

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience
• Two to three years of laboratory experience, preferably in food manufacturing or related fields
• Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance programs, and basic computer skills
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and safety protocols
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain punctuality
