Immediate opening for a Shipping Coordinator in Redlands, CA who possesses:

• 2-3 years of shipping coordination, dispatch, and/or warehouse operations. Candidate will perform load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties. 
• Good computer skills are needed specifically with email, data entry and processing shipments.
• Need someone comfortable working in a warehouse environment that can operate a forklift standup / reach / sit down and can lift up to 50 pounds.

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing drivers 
• Manage check-in/check-out processes and verify all shipping paperwork 
• Coordinate schedules, dispatch drivers, and plan daily loads 
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams 
• Process Bills of Lading and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete 
• Maintain inbound and outbound shipment schedules 
• Audit load information to ensure accuracy and compliance 
• Label, organize, and prepare pallets for shipment 
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including loading/unloading 
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks 
• Communicate closely with warehouse leadership to meet daily goals

The selected candidate will also possess:

• 2–3 years of experience in shipping coordination, dispatch, or warehouse operations 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Solid computer skills (data entry, email, shipment processing systems)
• Forklift experience (stand-up, reach, or sit-down)
• Ability and willingness to operate warehouse equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $19.25/Hour
