Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• BLS and ACLS required
• Previous ICU and/or Med-Surg experience preferred
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to medical-surgical and intensive care patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous patient monitoring
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments
• Manage ventilators, cardiac monitoring, and critical care equipment
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Document care and patient status in the EMR
