We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized while managing multiple tasks, and delivers a positive experience across phone-based interactions. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, processing order-related information, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining clear and respectful communication in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls while providing courteous, timely assistance to customers.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests by identifying solutions and following issues through to resolution.
• Enter and update customer and order information accurately within company systems to maintain reliable records.
• Support day-to-day service activities by prioritizing multiple requests and keeping work organized in a busy call center setting.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking customers to ensure clear understanding and consistent support.
• Escalate more complex service matters when needed and coordinate with internal teams to help achieve prompt outcomes.
• Maintain a careful and attentive approach during every interaction while meeting service expectations for responsiveness and accuracy.• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a call center or phone-based support environment is beneficial.
• Strong ability to manage several tasks at once without losing attention to detail.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle a fast-moving workload effectively.
• Experience with order entry, inbound calls, outbound calls, and customer issue resolution is valued.
• Background knowledge in property and casualty insurance is a strong advantage.
