Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Special Education Teaching license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in special education
• Knowledge of learning support techniques, including push-in and pull-out models
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build productive relationships with students and staff
• Flexible and adaptive approach to address varying student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and interventions for students requiring learning support
• Provide classroom-based (push-in) and small group or one-on-one (pull-out) services in accordance with student IEPs
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure cohesive educational strategies
• Adapt curriculum materials to accommodate learning differences and promote student engagement
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth
