Per Diem Special Education Para Professional in Cranston, RI

What We’re Seeking:

• Current Teaching Assistant Certification OR an Associate’s Degree or above
• Previous paraprofessional or student support experience in a school setting preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and educational staff
• Adaptability to different classrooms and student needs
• Enthusiasm for working with K–12 age groups

What You’ll Do:

• Support classroom instruction under the guidance of certified educators
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Foster a positive and engaging educational environment
• Help maintain classroom organization and safety
