Job Description
Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Seeking:
- Current Teaching Assistant Certification OR an Associate’s Degree or above
- Previous paraprofessional or student support experience in a school setting preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and educational staff
- Adaptability to different classrooms and student needs
- Enthusiasm for working with K–12 age groups
What You’ll Do:
- Support classroom instruction under the guidance of certified educators
- Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Foster a positive and engaging educational environment
- Help maintain classroom organization and safety
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt materials or activities as needed
- Monitor and encourage student participation in daily activities
