Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic school-based environment serving students from July 30, 2026, to May 28, 2027. This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) who are ready to make a direct, positive impact in educational settings. Candidates will be interviewed and placed according to district needs, with final assignments shared closer to the school year's start.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, active Texas SLP or SLPA license (screenshot required upon application); SLPA candidates must be fully licensed prior to start—no supervision hours provided
  • Previous school-based experience as an SLP-CCC or SLPA
  • Proven ability to support diverse student populations, including experience in assessments, IEPs, therapy, and collaboration with educators and families
  • Reliable transportation for on-site work; remote roles are not available
  • Availability for full school-year commitment, with schedule flexibility as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide speech and language therapy in accordance with students’ IEPs and district policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to deliver holistic support to students
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and ongoing student evaluations
  • Uphold professional standards and ethical practice within the school environment
