Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license for the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience providing SLP services in K–12 schools preferred
• Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with diverse learners in an educational setting
• Ability to work onsite throughout the contract duration

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students across grades K–12
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to offer comprehensive student support
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful, achievable goals
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all district and state requirements
