Mancan is looking for Progressive Die Press Set-Up Operators for a Metal Stamping Company in Brunswick! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in a progressive die stamping facility with 100 - 800+ ton presses.

1st Shift Monday-Friday
6am-4pm
OT on Saturdays when available
Pay base on experience

A Progressive Die Set Up Operator is responsible for setting up and operating progressive dies in a manufacturing environment to produce high-quality stamped parts. This role involves interpreting engineering drawings, calibrating machines, and ensuring precise alignment of dies to achieve optimal production efficiency. The operator will monitor the stamping process for quality compliance, troubleshoot any technical issues, and conduct routine maintenance on equipment. Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. Safety protocols must be strictly adhered to at all times to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements
Must be comfortable lifting 60 lbs
Msut be comfortable bending, twisting and standing for the duration of shift.
Must have experience with Press Set Up
Must be Mechanically Inclined
