Job Description
Pride Health is hiring an EEO Investigator to support our client’s medical facility based in New York, NY 10041. This is an 8-week assignment with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Title: EEO Investigator
Location: New York, NY 10041
Hourly W2 pay: $61/hour - $69/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Start date: 06/22/2026
Primary Responsibilities:
Investigate internal complaints involving:
Employment discrimination
Harassment
Sexual harassment
Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws.
Conduct investigations and help resolve complaints related to unlawful workplace discrimination.
Provide employees with an internal process for addressing EEO concerns.
Assist with special projects and additional assignments for the Office of Legal Affairs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
Significant experience conducting investigations.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws.
Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to travel to multiple healthcare facilities throughout New York City.

Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly analyze information, identify key issues, and develop balanced recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a large, complex organization.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare or hospital environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
