Parts Sales Manager

Bradley Professional is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead and grow the aftermarket parts business for a growing client. This role is responsible for increasing parts sales, strengthening customer relationships, improving profitability, and helping build scalable processes that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in aftermarket parts sales and customer engagement
  • Manage parts sales activities across phone, online, and direct sales channels
  • Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication, accurate quoting, and dependable follow-through
  • Support pricing and margin strategies to improve profitability
  • Coordinate product information, pricing updates, and online parts sales content
  • Partner with service, purchasing, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to support business goals
  • Develop and improve processes for quoting, order management, and customer communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and customer service
  • Track sales performance, customer needs, and market trends to support decision-making
  • Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer support

Qualifications

  • Experience in parts sales, aftermarket sales, inside sales, or a related commercial role
  • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and quote development
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to improve processes and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in truck equipment, manufacturing, industrial products, fleet services, or a related industry
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, quoting tools, and sales reporting
  • Knowledge of aftermarket parts, replacement parts, or service support operations
