Our primary focus is reversing peripheral neuropathy using advanced, non-invasive healing protocols. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and goal-oriented Neuropathy Case Manager & Functional Medicine Consultant to join our close-knit team.

What You’ll Do (The Role):

As our Case Manager, you are the bridge between the clinic’s diagnostic findings and the patient’s commitment to getting better. You will:

• Lead Consultations: Conduct initial patient screenings and functional medicine consultations, diving deep into their health history and goals.
• Present Neuropathy Care Plans: Clearly explain specialized testing results, map out their custom treatment journey, and overcome objections with empathy.
• Close & Finance: Discuss the financial investment of our specialized care plans, assist patients with financing options, and comfortably close the enrollment.
• Drive Compliance & Tracking: Manage patient outcomes, provide accountability, keep them motivated, and ensure their functional medicine protocols are followed accurately.

Qualifications:

• Direct experience in high-ticket consulting, case management, or goal-driven sales (fitness, high-end retail, or healthcare) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to instantly build trust and authority with patients.
• Comfort discussing financial investments and asking for a commitment to care.
• Candidates who understand the connection between clinical treatment, nutrition, and lifestyle-based health will absolutely thrive in this role.
