Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Previous experience working in school settings with children or adolescents is highly desirable
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and a collaborative approach to working with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored for each student
  • Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group formats, targeting a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise on speech and language goals and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to provide holistic support for each student
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
