Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles, equipment, and facility systems while supporting safe and efficient production operations.

• Weekly pay: $23.00 $30.00 per hour (DOE / progression available)

• Schedule: Monday Saturday

• Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Peak Season: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM (MondaySaturday)

• Mandatory overtime when required (may run as late as 6:30 PM)

You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, repair, and inspection of equipment and systems used in propane operations. This role ensures equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient production support.

• Monitor equipment for unusual sounds or performance issues to detect malfunctions

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on vehicles, equipment, and systems

• Dismantle defective equipment and install repaired or replacement parts

• Conduct daily inspections and complete maintenance logs and documentation

• Provide technical support and operational guidance to production employees

• Assist leadership with problem-solving and correcting equipment issues

• Identify opportunities for long-term equipment upgrades and improvements

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Basic computer skills (data entry, logs, reporting)

• Ability to work mandatory overtime when required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Technical training or technical degree a plus

• Experience working on industrial equipment or fleet vehicles

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Safety-focused mindset in a regulated industrial setting
