Electronic Security Supervisor

Insight Global is partnering exclusively with a global leader in audio-visual and media innovation to hire an Electronic Security Supervisor. This organization is renowned for designing and delivering immersive environments and enterprise-grade technology solutions across industries, including large-scale AV and physical security deployments.

In this role, you will oversee the installation and commissioning of electronic security systems within complex environments such as data centers. These systems include CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring systems are installed, integrated, and delivered according to client specifications while coordinating field teams and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise installation crews across multiple security projects simultaneously
• Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures for electrical/security systems
• Oversee installation of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems, ensuring proper cabling, termination, and connectivity
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure installations meet design specifications and safety standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, technicians, and project managers
• Track and manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate technician schedules and daily work plans aligned with customer expectations
• Work within large-scale, complex construction environments such as data centers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor on large-scale security installation projects
• Hands-on experience with network cameras (CCTV), access control, and/or intrusion detection systems
• 2+ years of experience managing and leading multiple crews at once
• Strong construction background with the ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments
