LHH is looking for a polished administrative professional for a 4-6 week temporary assignment supporting a professional office environment. This role offers a 7.5-hour workday with a start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and requires business professional dress in a client-facing setting.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Provide front desk reception coverage and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Greet guests, escort them to conference rooms, and ensure a high level of hospitality
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare, type, and finalize correspondence using Microsoft Office
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including regular trips to the post office
- Maintain reception and conference room areas to ensure a clean, organized, and professional space
- Offer beverages and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Notary certification is a plus
- Exposure to document management systems is helpful; training will be provided
