Pharmacy Technician in Irving, TX

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Support the pharmacy team in a key role by accurately distributing prescribed medications and offering valuable information to customers to ensure proper use. This position requires delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a focus on patient care and safety.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  Start Date: ASAP
  Duration: 9+ weeks (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding medication usage.
• Maintain an organized workflow that prioritizes accuracy and patient safety.
• Deliver a high level of customer service, addressing questions and concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently.
