Job Description
Join an Industrial Engineering Company where precision manufacturing is the norm and your shift runs smoothly from 6:00am–2:30pm (Full Time). You’ll kick off the day reviewing engineering drawings, translate them into G-code and M-code, and bring parts to life on HAAS mills, Okuma lathes, and Laguna routers. Throughout the day you’ll set up, fixture, and verify programs, run parts to spec, and keep production on schedule. Between jobs, you’ll support material handling (including forklift operations), perform routine maintenance, and help maintain inventory so the next run is ready to go.
Role Highlights- Program, set up, and operate HAAS milling machines, Okuma lathes, and Laguna routers to produce custom CNC parts
- Turn engineering drawings and customer specs into precision components
- Hands-on with G-code and M-code for edits, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Design/adjust fixturing and prepare machines for efficient, accurate production
- Hit production schedules and customer delivery deadlines
- Support inventory needs tied to ongoing CNC work
- Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure reliability
- Assist with material handling, including unloading shipments and operating forklifts, plus other assigned tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training a plus
- 2–3 years of CNC mill/lathe programming and setup experience (HAAS preferred)
- Manual mill experience is beneficial
- Fluency in G-code and M-code
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and technically adept
- Background in machine design, automation, or related manufacturing preferred
Pay: $30–$35 hourly, Full Time
Shift: Day Shift, 6:00am–2:30pm
