CNC Machinist

Our growing manufacturing client is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and taking ownership of projects from programming and setup through production.

• Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines
• Work with CNC mills and/or lathes
• Review blueprints and customer requirements
• Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds
• Perform prove-outs and process improvements
• Make machine offsets and program edits as needed
• Support production and help resolve machining issues
• Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams

• CNC programming and setup experience
• Strong machining background
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with tooling, fixturing, and process troubleshooting
• CAD/CAM experience is a plus
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Makino, Brother, or similar controls is preferred

• Hands-on problem solver
• Self-motivated and dependable
