Manufacturing Engineer II – Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to drive key company goals by leading projects, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional operations.
  • This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety through data-driven engineering methods and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and validate manufacturing processes using tools such as DOE, FMEA, SPC, and capability analysis
  • Lead process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and delivery
  • Support production and maintenance operations
  • Plan, justify, and implement new equipment and process installations
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and calculate ROI for projects
  • Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
  • Apply ergonomics principles to improve workplace safety
  • Analyze data to support quality and operational improvements
  • Communicate project progress across all organizational levels


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 7+ years of relevant technical experience
  • 3+ years of related experience (5+ years in manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience in process manufacturing and project management
  • Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), MS Office, and MS Project
  • Knowledge of industrial automation (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Physical Requirements
