Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Soldotna, Alaska for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and goal development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Support students in achieving communication and academic success

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Alaska SLP License or ability to obtain licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
