HVAC Maintenance Technician

🕒 Shifts Available

• Training (1st Shift): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Work 36 hrs, get paid for 40)

🏭 Environment: Commercial & Manufacturing Facility

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical issues
• Service compressors, motors, pumps, wiring, and controls
• Perform preventive & predictive maintenance
• Read blueprints & electrical schematics
• Maintain building systems & facility equipment
• Document repairs and follow safety regulations

Requirements

• 4–7 years HVAC maintenance experience
• Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read schematics & technical drawings
• Valid HVAC licenses & driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments

Preferred

• Technical school or HVAC certification
• Experience in facility maintenance / manufacturing
• Knowledge of industry regulations & standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
