Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Administer chemotherapy and manage transplant processes in accordance with facility protocols.
\n
• Monitor patients for side effects and provide appropriate interventions as necessary.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications and treatments.
\n
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Completion of ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification (15.25 contact hours required).
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience, including bone marrow transplant exposure.
\n
• Experience with CAR-T cell therapy preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically Meditech.
\n
• Detail-oriented team player with a commitment to patient safety.
\n
