What we Offer:

· $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience.

Essential Job Duties:

· Install or oversee hanging, finishing and painting drywall.

· Assist and or oversee the painting of wood trim and doors.

· Installation and or oversee acoustic 2x4 grid systems, metal stud framing, doors, frames, hardware, cabinets, countertops, and flooring.

· Mentor laborers to become skilled carpenters.

· Oversee, assist, teach laborers/carpenters how to maintain tools and equipment.

· Review blueprints, sketches or building plans for each commercial client.

· Follow established safely rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.

· Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing crews.

Skills and Requirements:

· 10 years minimum of commercial carpentry experience.

· Equipment operations experience with certifications a plus (i.e. scissor lifts, forklifts and off-road forklifts).

· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail with exceptional time management abilities.

· Valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations and reliable transportation required.

· OSHA 10 certifications preferred.

· Willingness to join a drug-free community.
