Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I work a catering schedule which means weird hours, inconsistent schedule, and the occasional Saturday and Sunday. My Needs are: Summer = sit on Little Kids as needed (2 and 5). School Year = 1. Drive big kids to and from school as needed (1-4 times a week) 2. Occasionally drive Little Kids to school and daycare 3. Occasionally sit on 1-year-old (Tuesday and Thursday and occasionally weekends.) I usually have my schedule at least a week in advance, can change with a couple days notice. I dont expect one person to meet all these needs, Im looking for a few people to make up a team to cover.
