Babysitter Needed

I work nights and only have my children 50% of the time. I'm wondering if there is someone who would want a housemate situation where you could still have another job but every other week you would be home from 5 p.m. through the night. Provide activities and dinner until bed time. Day times are yours. Wouldn't be until fall but just seeing what options are out there.
