Locums Anesthesiology Physician in Norfolk, Virginia - Flexible Shift Options, Cardiac Cath Lab Coverage

Choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts while covering a mix of general anesthesia and cardiac cath lab cases. Multiple shift lengths make it easier to build coverage around your existing schedule.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient anesthesia coverage across all age groups
• General anesthesia and cardiac cath lab case mix
• Hospital-based practice setting
• Additional procedural responsibilities available based on assignment needs

Schedule

• 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shift options available
• Ongoing coverage needs with multiple open shifts
• Weeknight and weekend call rotation of approximately 1:14
• Early August start with continued coverage opportunities

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active Virginia medical license required
• ACLS and DEA required

Logistics

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered
• Local candidates receive first consideration
