Salary: $25 - $30/hr + DOE

Are you tired of being stuck in the same shop every day? We are seeking an experienced Diesel Road Service Technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently. This position combines roadside service work with in-shop repairs, offering a mix of emergency response, diagnostics, and hands-on mechanical work.

What You'll Do:
Perform roadside repairs on diesel trucks and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in the field
Complete preventive maintenance and repair work in the shop
Inspect, repair, and salvage components from retired vehicles and equipment
Respond to service calls as part of an on-call rotation
Document repairs and communicate with customers professionally

What We're Looking For:
Previous diesel mechanic experience required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience with engines, brakes, electrical systems, hydraulics, and general truck repair
Ability to work independently in the field
Valid driver's license required
CDL is a plus but not required

Schedule:
Primarily day shift hours
On-call rotation required for after-hours service calls
Overtime opportunities available

Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 75 lbs
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
