Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position involves working four days per week, totaling 35 hours, with each day offering a focused 8.75-hour schedule. Make a difference in the lives of approximately 45 students, utilizing your expertise in speech-language pathology or speech-language pathology assistance in a dynamic, school-based environment.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic, and experienced with pediatric populations in both educational and healthcare settings. Whether you hold the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or are a dedicated SLPA, your skills are needed to help students reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP or SLPA license required
- ESA certification (if applying as an SLP)
- Experience with school-aged children in educational or healthcare settings
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels
- Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
