Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Centralia, WA

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position involves working four days per week, totaling 35 hours, with each day offering a focused 8.75-hour schedule. Whether you hold the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or are a dedicated SLPA, your skills are needed to help students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington SLP or SLPA license required
• ESA certification (if applying as an SLP)
• Experience with school-aged children in educational or healthcare settings
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels
• Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
